This training programme aims to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the technical and practical concepts required to work as Sustainability Managers within audiovisual productions. Participants will learn how to implement sustainable practices on set, develop sustainability plans for production companies, and contribute to the achievement of sustainability certifications and environmental standards for audiovisual projects.
This course will provide training in:
- Understanding the role and responsibilities of the Sustainability Manager (Ecomanager) or Green Production Manager within an audiovisual production.
- Planning sustainability strategies throughout all stages of an audiovisual production: pre-production, production and post-production.
- Implementing sustainability measures tailored to the specific characteristics of the project, filming locations and script requirements.
- Designing and creating practical resources to communicate sustainability measures to the technical crew.
- Developing assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented sustainability plans.
Target Audience: Audiovisual production and environmental professionals interested in designing and planning sustainability strategies for film and audiovisual projects.
