Filming in ports of Fuerteventura
To carry out any audiovisual activity within the facilities managed by Puertos Canarios, an authorization request must be submitted through the electronic headquarters at:
https://puertoscanarios.sedelectronica.es/info.0
The application must be submitted using the applicant’s digital certificate, which in this case should be that of the production company.
The following documentation must be attached to the application:
* Copy of the ID or passport of the person signing the application and a copy of the production company’s Tax Identification Number (CIF).
* Proof of authority of the person signing the application, or sufficient documentation confirming their legal representation of the production company.
* A descriptive report outlining the proposed activities and the resources to be used, including the total occupation period, schedule, maximum attendance, technical equipment, and any other relevant information.
* A site plan and layout drawing indicating the area to be occupied, including its main dimensions (width and depth).
* A budget detailing the estimated income, expenses, and net profit (before taxes) expected from the use of the requested public domain.
* A valid certificate of public liability insurance covering any incidents or accidents that may occur within the port facilities.
