Audiovisual Production Ordinance

Puerto del Rosario has a specific ordinance regulating audiovisual productions and filming activities within the municipality.

Depending on the nature of the activity, the regulations distinguish between:

  • Exempt Activities (Article 5 of the Ordinance)
  • Activities Requiring Authorisation or a Permit (Article 3 of the Ordinance)
  • Activities Subject to Prior Notification (Article 4 of the Ordinance)

Filming Permit Applications

Applications for filming permits within the municipality must be submitted directly to Puerto del Rosario Town Council using the official application form provided.

Applicants must include detailed information regarding the proposed filming activity, including:

  • GPS coordinates
  • Technical equipment involved
  • Number of cast and crew members participating in the production
