Fuerteventura Film Commission Brings Cinedfest Back to Schools Across the Island<\/b><\/p>\n
Registration for the 13th edition<\/b><\/span> of the festival remains open until March 2026<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n The educational film festival Cinedfest<\/b><\/span> returns to Fuerteventura for its fifth consecutive year<\/b><\/span>, thanks to the support of the Fuerteventura Film Commission<\/b><\/span>, which once again reaffirms its commitment to young talent and audiovisual education through this collaboration.<\/p>\n A total of thirteen educational centres<\/b><\/span> have already joined the initiative during the current academic year, one more than in the previous edition. Registration remains open until March 2026<\/b><\/span> through the festival\u2019s official website:<\/p>\n https:\/\/cinedfest.com\/index.php\/inscripcion<\/p>\n Cinedfest has established itself as an innovative educational project aimed at students across all educational levels and learning pathways, including Early Years Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Sixth Form, Vocational Training, Adult Education Centres (CEPA), Official Language Schools (EOI), Art and Design Schools (EASD), Special Education Units, associations supporting people with disabilities, universities and film schools<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n The project combines specialised audiovisual training with a short film festival featuring both fiction and documentary productions created by students themselves, promoting audiovisual literacy and encouraging the use of cinema as an educational tool within schools.<\/p>\n Participants receive initial training from industry professionals before beginning production.
